Your pet’s story stays a pet story.
Pet Breed Matcher does not require an account and never asks for your name, address, precise location, or pet medical information.
What we process
The optional traits you select are used only to create the current comparison. They are never sent to analytics.
Pet photos
An on-device object detector first checks whether the photo contains a cat or dog. The corresponding breed model runs only after that check passes. The photo is not uploaded, stored by the site, or included in analytics.
Optional history
When enabled by the operator, a match session stores only anonymous trait categories and result identifiers. Setting STORE_MATCH_HISTORY=false disables this entirely.
AI providers
If an AI provider is configured, only your selected traits and the ten shortlisted breed records are sent. The app still works without AI.
Analytics
Optional analytics records interaction names such as “match completed” and never includes selected trait values or personal details.
